- Basically, all products, which are serviced by ‘Korea LED & Equipment’ and its Korean manufacturers, have their own five (5) year warranty from the date of Purchase.
- Major part of Lighting, such as lighting engine and power supply, will be supplied as a spare parts during 10 years from the date of Purchase by ‘Korea LED & Equipment’ and its manufacturers according to the written agreement.
- ‘Korea LED & Equipment’ and its Korean manufacturers keenly guarantee to support the best maintenance program and dare promise to provide the best support beyond warranty period.
- For the project deal, ‘Korea LED & Equipment’ will link the “Defective Performance Bond” to the main contract and provide it to customers in timely manner.
- ‘Korea LED & Equipment’ and its manufacturers have raised over than Three (3) Million US Dollar- “Product Liability Insurance” against damages from unexpected accidental affairs
